RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please notify the company within 7 days of recipt of goods to allow us to adress any concerns. Within this time frame the company is in a position to replace plants if there is good reason to do so. Following the 7 day notification period, the company cannot be held responsible for the health and welfare of plants as there are various handling and climatic factors to take into account, all of which are beyond the companies control.
