This very large, dark red, firm, late-season sweet cherry has much to offer. In addition to its sweet low-acid flavor, crunchy texture and eye appeal, Regina has excellent resistance to rain cracking. For peak flavor, Regina should be harvested when brix is 20 or higher. This variety is reported to store for up to five weeks.

Variety has a late blossoming period and relies on pollinators such as Kordia or Sylvia to perform to its best.

Regina produces large cherries, circular and heart-shaped in vertical section. Cherry has dark red uniform skin. Regina is moderately resistant to cracking and susceptible to monilia. The flesh is very firm and sweet with excellent organoleptic qualities. Good resistant to manipulation.
